I understand how important it is for a family to find someone they can truly trust inside a private home. Over many years as a live-in carer and personal assistant, I have supported clients with companionship, personal care, daily routines, mobility support, household tasks, appointments and calm, practical help — always with patience, privacy and respect for their independence.
Families tell me they value a steady, unflustered presence: someone who quietly keeps life running smoothly, follows the care plan and family wishes carefully, and brings genuine warmth into the home rather than treating it like a job.
Cooking has been a hobby of mine since childhood, and I take real pleasure in preparing fresh, home-cooked meals around personal tastes and dietary needs. I keep an active, healthy lifestyle — I don't smoke or drink alcohol — which helps me bring energy, patience and a positive attitude into the home every day.
“From 2013, I worked long-term with a private couple, providing live-in support, companionship and personal assistance. Throughout the Covid period I chose to remain living in with my clients full-time, so they were never left without care. One client sadly passed away during that time. Later, I stepped back from live-in care when my own mother became terminally ill, and I cared for her until the end. I am now ready to return to long-term live-in care — and to find the right private client or household where I can make a difference again.”
